Clear Path Home Care saves 40 hours in first month with Homecare Pro

Clear Path's goal of becoming the leading personal care agency in the Dallas-Fort Worth area meant further expanding its caregiving team. However, facing a high volume of candidates across six offices and onboarding requirements unique to home care, Clear Path needed a solution equipped with industry-specific features to support its managers and assist its executive leadership in scaling up caregiver onboarding in a distributed team setting.

Partnership Objectives

Clear Path sought to reduce the manual effort required per hire for managers, thereby giving them more time to focus on serving patients and improving care. Clear Path’s executive team sought centralized reporting and a cloud-based system to efficiently measure results and manage caregiver records between offices.

A key, industry-specific feature necessary to save time was WellSky integration, Clear Path Home Care's Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. Additionally, Clear Path Home Care's management wanted personal information to be transferred securely, thus avoiding unsecured methods like SMS and email, to ensure that sensitive caregiver data did not fall into the wrong hands. 

Solution

Clear Path ran a 2-week pilot with Homecare Pro, transitioning their main office’s onboarding onto the Homecare Pro platform. Following the successful pilot, Clear Path expanded the partnership to serve all 6 offices.
